Heute kam ich endlich dazu, die Untertitel zu meinem neuesten Fl\u00f6ten-Video<\/a> fertigzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie (fast) immer spreche ich im Video Englisch, und die deutsch \u00dcbersetzung der Untertitel findet sich hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hello!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today I brought a basket full of whistles, flutes and recorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here I\u2019m also wearing an instrument as a necklace. It is a tiny ocarina and I just had to have it because I love the colours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m gonna play it for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It might sound a bit piercing in the high notes, so in case you\u2019re listening to this, wearing headphones, please turn the volume down just a little bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Necklace ocarina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, the next instrument I wanted to show you is this Low G Whistle made by James Dominic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also in G and probably already known to you is my Schneider Kindergartenfl\u00f6te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, staying in the recorder world, I have this beautiful soprano recorder. The wood is plum and it\u2019s made by Kunath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then I have two new whistles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One is this. It\u2019s a Clarke in D and I already have one of these, but I wanted to have this one, too, because it says \u201ePlay for Ukraine\u201c and of course play for any place in the world where people are desperate for peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the other whistle is a Tony Dixon tuneable whistle in C. Tuneable means that you can move the headjoint out a bit to tune the instrument when you\u2019re playing with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And then we have another TeleTunes flute made by Mauri in Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This one is just like a tin whistle basically, it has no thumb hole. It\u2019s more or less a bent tin whistle although it is made of plastic \u2013 it\u2019s 3D printed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s in D sharp major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the last one is this bright yellow double snail bent snake whatever shaped instrument, also 3D printed by Mauri in Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And for this one, I\u2019m going to have a look at the fingering chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, it is a flute with a drone and you can hear that you will always get really nice intervals to sound, so I guess it\u2019s perfect for improvisations and I need to play around with it a lot more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heute habe ich einen Korb voller Whistles, Fl\u00f6ten und Blockfl\u00f6ten mitgebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hier trage ich ein Instrument als Halskette. Es ist eine kleine Okarina und ich musste sie einfach haben, weil ich die Farben liebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich spiele sie f\u00fcr euch. Wenn Ihr Euch das Video mit Kopfh\u00f6rern auf den Ohren anguckt bzw. anh\u00f6rt, dreht die Lautst\u00e4rke ein wenig runter, weil die hohen T\u00f6ne doch etwas schrill klingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eine Okarina als Halskette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das n\u00e4chste Instrument, das ich Euch zeigen wollte, ist diese Low G Whistle von James Dominic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ebenfalls in G Dur und Euch vermutlich schon bekannt ist meine Schneider Kindergartenfl\u00f6te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und wir bleiben in der Welt der Blockfl\u00f6ten. Hier habe ich diese sch\u00f6ne Sopranblockfl\u00f6te aus Pflaumenholz, von Kunath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dann habe ich zwei neue Whistles. Eine ist diese hier, eine Clarke in D. Ich habe bereits eine dieser Art, aber wollte diese hier zus\u00e4tzlich haben, denn hier steht „Play for Ukraine“ (Spiel f\u00fcr die Ukraine) und spielt auch f\u00fcr all die Orte auf der Welt, an denen sich die Menschen so sehr nach Frieden sehnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die andere Whistle ist eine stimmbare Tony Dixon in C. Stimmbar hei\u00dft, dass man das Kopfst\u00fcck bewegen kann, um das Instrument anzupassen, wenn man mit anderen zusammen spielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und dann haben wir hier eine weitere TeleTunes Fl\u00f6te von Mauri in Finnland. Diese hier ist wie eine Tin Whistle, denn sie hat kein Daumenloch. Sie ist im Grunde eine gebogene Tin Whistle, nur eben aus Kunststoff aus dem 3D Drucker. Sie steht in Dis-Dur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Und die letzte Fl\u00f6te f\u00fcr heute ist diese knallgelbe doppelte Schnecken, Schlangen, Was auch immer Fl\u00f6te, ebenfalls 3D Druck von Mauri aus Finnland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr diese schaue ich lieber mal auf die Grifftabelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ihr werdet staunen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Ich spiele eine Durtonleiter hinauf und wieder hinunter. Da es sich um eine Doppelfl\u00f6te handelt, h\u00f6rt man nicht nur Einzelt\u00f6ne, sondern Intervalle.]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das ist also eine Fl\u00f6te mit Bordunt\u00f6nen und Ihr h\u00f6rt, dass man immer sch\u00f6ne Intervalle bekommt und ich denke, das ist perfekt f\u00fcr Improvisationen. Ich werde damit noch viel mehr experimentieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
